- We regret we are unable to accept returns on our personalised items, unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item is damaged. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalised items due to incorrect sizes, we have provided a detailed and accurate size guide to ensure that your item fits correctly.
- If your item is not personalised, and you are not satisfied, please return this item within 14 working days from date of delivery. Please request a returns form via email. We will notify you once your order has been received back and arrange a refund via your original method of payment.
- Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge.
- If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of ordering.
- Any amendments to an order, please notify us within 24 hours.
